- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Like other patients I suffered from the problems with the now superseded online system. But on Monday November 6th 2017 I was delighted to be able to book a GP appointment for the following day and the process took barely 2/3 minutes. WELL DONE TEAM! Less impressive is that on Nov 8th it took me me 6 attempts over a period of two hours to get through to reception by phone. I have been with the practice since March 1968 and remember the gas lights in the Gay Street waiting room!
