Yes some of the prices may be more than online, but how long do you have to wait? Can you phone up and pop in straight awayl? Does your item arrive damaged, or later than you paid next day for? The animals in their care are very well looked after in my experience. I bought my first Bearded Dragon from the shop and I was very impressed with the amount of information I was given by the staff in relation to Collin's care.
