I had been experiencing discomfort and bloating for a while and about a month into my program my problems had been eliminated. The precision to form, diligence from the training, and customized nutritional guidelines were what made the difference in my body and makes Health stand out. Everything is customized to your body and the training is unparalleled to any other place I have been - not to mention everyone is super friendly! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was first seen by Rob at Health just over 3 months ago with the aim to lose a bit of weight. 3 Stone lighter and 10 times fitter I am now the lightest I have been in my adult life. I feel fitter, more alert, I have more energy and life is so much better. I found the meal plan really easy to follow, even eating food that I never would have in the past.
