- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My review is based on telephone assistance & not medical treatment. I telephoned the hospital this morning for details about my mother because she was admitted late the night before and I was about to make a 3 hour journey to visit her. Every member of staff from the receptionist, through to the ward nurse was extremely helpful and efficient. I had to be passed to 4 different extensions to get to the person who could help me with my enquiry but i have to say the process was done in a matter of seconds. I was extremely impressed.
