  I've spent several years working out in gyms but it wasn't until joining Health a few months ago that I truly saw changes in my body and was able to improve my lifestyle drastically as well as health issues. I had been experiencing discomfort and bloating for a while and about a month into my program my problems had been eliminated. The precision to form, diligence from the training, and customized nutritional guidelines were what made the difference in my body and makes Health stand out. Everything is customized to your body and the training is unparalleled to any other place I have been - not to mention everyone is super friendly! They make it fun as well as challenging in training and focus greatly on the nutritional side/your well being. It's hands down the best health program I've ever had!

  I was first seen by Rob at Health just over 3 months ago with the aim to lose a bit of weight. 3 Stone lighter and 10 times fitter I am now the lightest I have been in my adult life. I feel fitter, more alert, I have more energy and life is so much better. I found the meal plan really easy to follow, even eating food that I never would have in the past. He really has helped me tremendously, and I am very grateful. Thanks Rob for all your encouragement, and help.
